Job summary

Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable). Fresh graduates with accounting background are welcome to join our growing finance team in Shah Alam.

The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with company policies. You will gain exposure to SAP and MS Excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, LCCI or accounting/finance qualification.
• Fresh graduates with accounting background welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic SAP usage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process payments to suppliers.
• Ensure proper approvals before payment processing.
• Monitor payment due dates and maintain payment schedules.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and filing documentation.
• Update accounting entries in the system accurately.
• Assist in month-end closing related to AP.
