Job summary

DAGANG NEXCHANGE BERHAD in Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable leader to oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensure timely invoice processing, and manage payments across HQ Office and IT divisions. You will review transactions, monitor ageing, and enforce internal controls.

The role requires 5–6 years in accounts payable with strong Excel skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead a team while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• Experience with ACCA/MICPA/CPA/CFA is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems; knowledge of automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations for HQ Office, IT Division, and OGPC/DOSB.
• Review and approve AP transactions; monitor ageing and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with Treasury on cash flow planning and payment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and audits.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts and analyze variances.
• Coordinate tax submissions with tax agents and authorities.
• Lead AP team and drive improvements and automation.
