Job summary

DKSH Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Accounts Payable to maintain financial integrity and efficient operations within our Finance BPO function. You will ensure governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the AP cycle to support reliable financial reporting and continued business performance.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Solid understanding of AP, local and international standards and practices.
Hands-on SAP experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in local language with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Deliver AP processing services in full adherence to SLA, KPI targets and quality standards.
Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
Implement and uphold AP processes and internal controls.
Oversee accurate recording of all AP transactions for monthly and year-end close.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes and automate where possible.
Guide and support the team to meet functional goals.
Champion team learning and DKSH values to build capability.
Commit to continuous self-development in Accounts Payable expertise and DKSH standards.
