• Familiarity with accounts payable and general ledger systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices with 3-way PO matching.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain organized files in compliance with policies.
• Assist in month-end closing and related journal entries.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Assist with end-to-end accounts payable tasks.
