Job summary

allnex is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Intern in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience in AP processes, learn financial operations, and work with professionals who will mentor you. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Generate and process payments as necessary
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
• Execute accounts reconciliation
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned

allnex is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student to join the GBS Finance team as an Accounts Payable Intern! As an intern with allnex, you will get hands on experience in Accounts Payable processes, learn the ins and outs of financial operations, and work alongside industry professionals who are eager to mentor and support you.
