Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group, is seeking an experienced Expense Analyst to join the Group Accounting team. You will oversee accounts payable processes, process invoices and claims, and ensure compliance with policies and jurisdictional regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years in relevant roles with at least 3 years in AP, and is tech-savvy with AI tools for workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 8+ years relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency with AI tools for workflow optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Willingness to read up on policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process employee claims and vendor payments using digital expense systems and automated platforms.
• Prepare reports using financial software, dashboards, and data tools.
• Ensure accruals accuracy and reasonableness.
• Handle budget recording, reporting and analytics; ensure system requests are properly populated.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage AP automation to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with withholding tax forms and closing expense reporting.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
