Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in accounts payable or similar
• Able to read Chinese and communicate with China suppliers
• Independent, self-motivated and a team player
• Experience in fast-paced and demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s payables process and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management for long-term growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline AP processes
• Identify automation/AI opportunities to improve AP efficiency and controls
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting
