Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to handle day-to-day AP and Revenue Settlement activities. You will work with AP colleagues, cross-functional teams, and vendors to manage revenue-sharing configurations, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.

You will review expense claims in SAP Concur, handle payments coordination, and assist with system improvements. Strong attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Experience with SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA is beneficial.
• Ability to perform vendor payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to support day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Revenue Settlement (RS) activities. Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Settlement, you will work with AP colleagues, teams across Singtel and NCS, and vendors on revenue-sharing configuration, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliation and system-related enquiries.

1. Accounts Payable & Revenue Settlement Operations

• Use the CPBSS system to maintain vendor master data, manage content service guiding, generate reports and process payments.
• Support revenue-sharing configuration, journal-entry posting, reconciliation and other day-to-day AP/RS activities.
• Perform invoice processing and General Ledger data entry in accordance with approved procedures.

2. Expense Claims & Payment Administration

• Review expense claims in SAP Concur against applicable HR expense policies and delegated approval procedures.
• Generate Concur reports and follow up on corporate credit-card payments, including coordination with UOB.
• Prepare relevant payment and claim information for timely review, follow-up and resolution.
• Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders and vendors on AP, RS and payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore AP teams, Singtel and NCS stakeholders, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Guide internal users on the appropriate use of CPBSS and SAP Concur.

4. System Support & Process Improvement

• Work with IT teams to investigate and resolve system issues affecting AP and RS activities.
• Support process improvement, system implementation and payment initiatives, including requirements gathering, data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction accuracy, operational efficiency and user experience.
• Prepare CPBSS and Concur reports and maintain accurate supporting records.
• Process adjustments identified by Finance or Tax in accordance with approved procedures.
• Handle routine queries and escalations while referring exceptions and deviations from standard operating guidelines to the appropriate approver.

Skills for Success

• Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA relevant to expense claims, payments or accounting processes.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good time management, prioritisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high transaction volumes and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks and support process improvements.
• Additional SAP experience, data analytics, revenue-sharing knowledge or hands-on Concur experience would be advantageous.
