Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to handle day-to-day AP and Revenue Settlement activities. You will work with AP colleagues, cross-functional teams, and vendors to manage revenue-sharing configurations, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.

You will review expense claims in SAP Concur, handle payments coordination, and assist with system improvements. Strong attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Experience with SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA is beneficial.
• Ability to perform vendor payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master data, process payments, and generate reports.
• Support revenue-sharing configuration, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Process invoices and General Ledger data entry per procedures.
• Review expense claims in SAP Concur against HR policies and approvals.
• Coordinate with AP teams, Singtel, NCS, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Guide internal users on CPBSS and SAP Concur.
