Job summary

Omnicom Media Asia Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance Department in managing accounts receivable and general accounting functions within a fast-paced media advertising setting.

You will assist with payment processing, 3rd party matching, invoicing, and monthly reports, while developing accuracy, MS Excel skills, and English proficiency. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist on media and sundry payment processing.
• Perform 3rd party matching and save third party invoice records.
• Prepare monthly trading deal tracker and pacing report.
• Support local and regional/global reporting as needed.
