Job summary

Kelvion Holding GmbH - All rights reserve in Malaysia seeks an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks in Puchong. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger under the Head of Department, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting or LCCI, strong MS Office skills, SAP experience, and at least 3 years in a related role. Excellent English communication is required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI qualification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service support.
• Process and maintain invoices, delivery orders, and related documents with timely system updates.
• Compile, maintain, and update company records accurately.
• Perform stock counts and maintain inventory records.
