• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting and HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and statutory requirements.
• Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and company transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and financial requirements.
• Oversee monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee records, attendance, leave, and staff documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and termination processes.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.

The Accounts & Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting, payroll, human resource, and administrative functions. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely payroll and statutory contributions, proper HR management, and compliance with relevant company and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and company transactions.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors.

Ensure timely submission of statutory and financial requirements.

Monitor company cash flow and assist management with financial planning and reporting.

Payroll & Statutory Contributions

Oversee monthly employee payroll and ensure salaries are processed accurately and on time.

Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payroll requirements.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.

Human Resource

Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee records, attendance, leave, and staff documentation.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and termination processes.

Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Handle employee-related matters and provide support and guidance to management.

Maintain proper and confidential personnel records.

Licensing & Compliance

Manage company and business license applications and renewals.

Oversee foreign worker permit applications and renewals.

Coordinate renewal of company, director, and company asset-related licenses and permits.

Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities on HR, accounting, and licensing matters.

Ensure all important licenses, permits, and statutory requirements are renewed before their expiry dates.

Team Management & Administration

Supervise and guide the Accounts and HR team.

Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record keeping.

Improve accounting and HR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR management.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and statutory requirements.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Able to manage multiple companies and tasks independently.
