Amee Philips Sdn Bhd, a luxury and designer jewellery retailer, seeks an Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations. The role involves processing bank transactions, updating vouchers, and preparing expense listings to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting, with at least four years of relevant experience in a retail setting. Proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting software is essential.

Qualifikationen

Diploma or degree in accounting/finance is required.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Good English and Bahasa Melayu; conversational Chinese is an asset but not required.

Aufgaben

Print and file banking documents and vouchers with correct descriptions and codes.
Update receipts and payment vouchers into the system with accurate accounting codes and departmental costs.
Prepare business-related expense listings (travel, entertainment, purchases, etc.).
Prepare online bank payments and complete other assigned tasks as needed.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance

At least 4 years of relevant experience in similar environment like retail

Good accounting knowledge and with audit experience

Good English, Bahasa Melayu and conversational Chinese to deal Chinese speaking suppliers not a prerequisites

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and ability to understand and use Cloud based accounting or ERP Accounting software

Responsible, detail oriented, and able to work independently

Willingness to work 5 and 1/2 days work week
