Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years accounting/finance experience or commensurate.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Familiarity with statutory audit processes and basic accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely financial records and payments to support Firm operations and decision making.
• Arrange and process firm monthly payments and petty cash disbursements with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and enforce document retention.
• Perform accounting data entry and assist with monthly closing, including bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records and client statements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Prepare relevant financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Firm commensurate with the role.
