Precision Control Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

The role focuses on full‑set accounting, cash management, and ensuring compliance with MFRS and local tax regulations. You will handle bank reconciliations, AP/AR processes, GL maintenance, monthly journal entries, and management reporting. A proactive, ethical team player with 1–3 years of experience fits best.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI / Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of hands-on, full-set accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS and local tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax).
• Proficiency in computer applications and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity; prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Process supplier payments and manage Payment Vouchers, TT, LC, BG.
• Monitor receivables and update receipts; maintain overdue listings.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile GL and balance sheet.
• Prepare bi-monthly SST returns and corporate tax filings.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; provide supporting documents.
• Systematically arrange accounting documents.
