Job summary

Asian Beauty Corner Sdn Bhd – Kajang, Selangor is seeking an Account Executive to manage the company’s accounting operations, handling full set accounts and supporting month-end closings.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or Degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing cash flow reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Asian Beauty Corner Sdn Bhd – Kajang, Selangor

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. The role will handle full set accounts independently, support month-end closing, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare and maintain schedules for audit and financial reporting purposes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other external parties when required.
• Coordinate and provide necessary documents and information for annual audit.
• Assist with tax-related matters, including tax computation, submissions, and correspondence with tax agents.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare payment, receipt, journal, and other accounting entries.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing cash flow reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
• Ensure accounting records and transactions comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing reports and information requested by management.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set accounts is required.
• Experience in audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax requirements will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or trading companies will have an added advantage.
