Job summary

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years accounting experience; fresh grads with e-Invoice knowledge welcome.
• Familiar with e-Invoice system (LHDN MyInvois portal or Peppol service providers).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist in audit and tax matters.
• Manage e-Invoice issuance and submission in compliance with LHDN guidelines.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and Malaysia tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
