Sri Si Manis (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Kangsar, Perak, is seeking an Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The role supports day-to-day accounting, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure financial integrity across our retail and consumer products operations.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, assist in financial statements, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to month-end close.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting/finance, preferably in retail or consumer products.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Executive to join Sri Si Manis (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy and integrity of our retail and consumer products operations. As an Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our finance team in executing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring all financial records are maintained to the highest standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconciling bank statements, invoices and expense reports
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Maintaining detailed and organised financial records and documentation
• Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters
• Performing general administrative duties to support the accounting department

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience working in an accounting or finance role, preferably in retail or consumer products
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
