Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role handles the full set of accounting and supports finance operations.

You will coordinate external audits, tax filings, and use Excel daily; diploma in accounting and at least 3 years of experience are required. Own transport and 5.5 working days (alternate Saturdays) are expected. Hands-on experience with AutoCount, MYOB, or Sage is an advantage. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software such as AutoCount, MYOB, Sage.
• Good to advanced Excel skills and ability to work independently.

Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts & Finance)

As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our Accounts Team by hiring.

This is a full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounting, including timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

Manage day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow monitoring and management.

Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation of required documents and liaison with auditor

Handle annual corporate tax filing and coordinate with external tax agents or relevant parties as required.

To be successful in securing this position you will require:

Communication skills by English

Minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision and committed to assigned responsibilities.

Good to advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience in accounting software such as AutoCount, MYOB, Sage, etc. is an added advantage.

Must have own transport and be willing to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturdays).
