This role involves handling the full set of accounts and performing daily and monthly accounting processes for the organization.
Handle the full set of accounts
Perform daily and monthly accounting processes
Prepare journal entries, update the cash book, and reconcile Goods in Transit (GIT), Accounts Payable (AP), and Purchase Orders (PO)
Prepare and submit accounting reports accurately and on time
Perform bank reconciliations and manage invoices, receipts, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP)
Monitor and maintain petty cash records
Sort, file, and archive accounting vouchers and supporting documents
Liaise with external parties, including Company Secretaries, Tax Agents, Bankers, and Auditors, when required
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting
Experience in handling a full set of accounts is required
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and organizational skills
