Job summary

PEMBINAAN TAJRI SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting and finance activities and ensure accurate financial records in Malaysia. The role involves handling AP/AR, data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with monthly reports.

Candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and be able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and knowledge of AutoCount is a plus.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting and finance-related activities and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company transactions
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables
• Assist with payroll-related matters and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
• Assist with audit, tax and other accounting-related matters
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
