Job summary

OKAY HARDWARE Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, perform daily entries, and prepare monthly accounts and basic management reports.

The role involves invoicing, payment tracking, bank reconciliation, and liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting or accounts experience.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, trading, wholesale or SME environment is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
