Job summary

Metaltrix Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive/Clerk to join our Subang Jaya team on a full-time basis. You will manage payables, receivables, and the general ledger, while preparing monthly full set accounts and routine financial reports.

You should have 1–2 years of experience with full set accounts, proficiency in AutoCount, and strong MS Excel skills. This role offers exposure to audits, stock reconciliations, and essential admin duties in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, or equivalent.
• LCCI qualification with proven experience welcomed.
• 1–2 years' experience in full set accounts.
• Hands-on with AutoCount Accounting Software.
• Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel and Word.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy under pressure.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables, and General Ledger.
• Assist in preparing monthly full set accounts.
• Create periodic reports such as sales, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
• Handle day‑to‑day accounts and office administration.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile daily retail outlet settlements.
• Process staff claims.
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with auditors.
• Conduct periodic stock take and stock reporting.
• Support superior on ad hoc assignments.
