Job summary

Passive Fire Protection Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and record journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role also covers billing, payments, petty cash, and liaison with auditors and tax agents to support timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of full set accounting experience and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is optional.

Qualifications

• Minimum Professional Certificate or Diploma in accounting with at least 2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Experience with UBS or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage Full Set of Accounts including daily accounting tasks.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation to ensure records match statements.
• Prepare and post Journal Entries for all financial activities.
• Oversee Billing and Payments to ensure timely processing.
• Manage Petty Cash and maintain accountability.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary for compliance.
• Perform Ad Hoc duties as required to support Finance.
