Job summary

TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor seeks a meticulous Account Executive to manage the full spectrum of financial accounts using AutoCount. You will handle GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and costings, ensuring SST compliance and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on AutoCount Accounting Software experience.
• Proven full set accounts experience in manufacturing, engineering, or trading.
• Familiarity with Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN) implementation.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of MFRS and SST.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting cycle including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and ledgers.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings with reconciliations (bank, customer, supplier).
• Manage end-to-end e-Invoicing via AutoCount and MyInvois portal.
• Prepare SST submissions, tax computations, and liaise with auditors/tax agents.
• Monitor stock movements and cost recording for copper alloys and machinery parts.
• Prepare payment vouchers, online banking, and monitor cash flow.
