Job summary

AIMIX (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for a construction machinery trading company in Puchong.

Responsibilities include daily accounting operations, month-end closing, GST submission, bank reconciliation, and liaising with auditors and tax agents. The ideal candidate holds LCCI or Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience, proficient in AutoCount or SQL accounting software, and able to communicate in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience handling full set accounts in Sdn Bhd company.
• Hands-on experience with GST submission and year-end audit.
• Familiar with AutoCount or SQL accounting software.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and able to meet closing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, general ledger, bank reconciliation and stock recording.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet.
• Prepare and submit GST return, manage statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO & EIS).
• Month-end & year-end closing, coordinate with external auditor for annual audit.
• Monitor debtors aging, follow up customer collection and control supplier payment.
• Maintain accounting records in AutoCount / SQL accounting system.
• Prepare supporting documents for tax agent and handle tax related matters.
