AR Nexus Advisory in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for assigned clients. You will handle AP/AR/GL, bank and merchant reconciliations, and prepare JVs, accruals, and monthly closings.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, while reviewing junior staff work. Knowledge of accounting software and Excel is essential; independence and reliability are required to meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, JV and monthly closing.
• Experience in reviewing or guiding junior staff is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Handle full set of accounts for assigned clients.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and merchant reconciliation.
• Prepare Journal Vouchers (JV), accruals, prepayments and monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Review and monitor bookkeeping work performed by junior accounting staff.
• Check payment documents, Payment Vouchers and perform Payment Maker tasks.
• Handle inventory records, stock reconciliation and stock adjustments.
• Follow up with clients for accounting documents and outstanding information.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and report issues to the Managing Partner.
