Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; LCCI Diploma holders encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Able to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal policies and relevant accounting standards or regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial reviews.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
• Liaise with external tax agents for tax filing, compliance, and advisory matters.
• Undertake multiple responsibilities efficiently, balancing routine accounting tasks with ad-hoc financial projects or analysis as required.
