Job summary

Lien Dak Construction Co. Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. You will manage the full set of accounts, ensure accurate records, and support internal controls during our finance transformation.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting qualification with at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Fresh graduates with potential are encouraged to apply; audit exposure is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts including General Ledger, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Prepare monthly closing and management reports within deadlines.
• Maintain internal controls, proper documentation, and filing records.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents.
• Support tax compliance, SST submissions, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in improving accounting procedures and system efficiency.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
