Job summary

Roda Land Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s leading off-road tyres specialist, is seeking a detail-focused Finance Officer to join our growing team in Selangor. You will handle data entry, reconciliation, invoice processing, e-invoicing support, and maintain compliant financial records.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCount, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mandarin will be prioritized when dealing with suppliers.

Qualifications

Requires Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
1–3 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
Experience with computerized accounting systems, preferably AutoCount.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting; PPT and Power BI knowledge.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin priority when dealing with China suppliers).
Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

Data entry of financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records to ensure accuracy.
Process invoices, including verification, coding, and timely payments to vendors.
Assist with generation and management of e-invoices to meet requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain proper financial documentation.
Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
