Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
• One year of working experience preferred.
• Credit in Mathematics or Accounting in SPM.
• Organized and meticulous work style.

Responsibilities

• Assist in closing and preparing analysis and slides.
• Sort and compile documents and compute; verify and post transaction details.
• Prepare standing payments, tax and audit schedules, vouchers, invoices, receipts and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, debtors/creditors, inter-company and ledgers.
• Check, batch and code data according to Company procedures.
• Prepare customer aging; track collections and alert management on bad debts.
• Compute and analyze inventory costs; initiate stock counts and report discrepancies.
