Job summary

Evergreen Max Cash Capital Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, and perform month-end and year-end closings within deadlines. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently while meeting reporting timelines.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is required.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform month-end and year-end closing within required deadlines
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, budgeting and account analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties when required
• Assist in audit, tax and statutory matters
• Ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded and comply with Company procedures
• Handle other accounting and finance duties assigned by Management
