Job summary

Daiden Equipment Sdn Bhd, an established equipment rental and sales company in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Sungai Besi. This full-time role focuses on accurate financial reporting and maintaining records.

You will handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL), rental invoicing, bank reconciliations, monthly management accounts, SST reporting, and support audits and taxes, while coordinating with operations on billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Manage rental billing cycles (monthly invoicing, progress billing, etc).
• Issue invoices for equipment sales and rental services.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain proper records for contracts, invoices, and transactions.
• Assist with SST reporting and compliance.
• Support audit and tax processes.
• Work closely with operations team on rental tracking and billing accuracy.
