CONTINENTAL PLATFORM (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive for a permanent, full-time, on-site role. The position requires handling full set of accounts and timely monthly closures, supporting daily accounting matters, and monitoring AR & AP of the company.

The role includes preparation of bank reconciliations, liaison with tax agents, auditors, and bankers, and maintaining detailed records of day-to-day transactions and assets.

Qualifications

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Assist daily accounting tasks and monthly closings.
• Prepare and monitor AR & AP for the company.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other reconciliations.
• Familiarise with general ledger and journal entries when liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and bankers.
• Provide up-to-date and accurate financial information as required.
• Maintain detailed records of day-to-day financial transactions and assets.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Support daily Accounts matters and monthly closing accounts.
• Prepare and monitor financial activities (AR & AP) of the company.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation and other account reconciliation.
• Familiarise with general ledger and journal entries when liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and bankers.
• Provide up-to-date and accurate financial information as and when required.
• To maintain detailed records of the company's day-to-day financial transactions and assets.
