Job summary

JobMacha in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounting Executive to join our HQ branch. The role covers end-to-end accounting processes in a fast-paced environment, requiring accuracy and independence.

You will manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and perform bank reconciliations, deliver timely financial reports, and assist with tax-related tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential; knowledge of SQL accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar with full set of accounts: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and basic taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL, or equivalent is an added advantage
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain General Ledger and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in taxation related tasks.
• Support month-end closing and process improvements.
