Job summary

The GMP Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, handle AR and follow up on outstanding payments. You will prepare invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with monthly closings and financial reports.

The role requires solid knowledge of AR, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently in a timely manner. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with parking fee reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare invoices and payment records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliation.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documents.
• Perform other accounting duties as required.
