Job summary

ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an accounting professional to finalize monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. Responsibilities include reconciliations of P&L and balance sheet items, tax computations, and liaising with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.

Requirements: degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum 2 years’ experience, strong analytical mind, good communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Job description

Manage all accounting transactions relating to finalizing the accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Ensure accuracy and timely submissions of financial and management reports.

Perform and monitor reconciliations for all Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items.

Ensure compliance of financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Perform tax computations and tax estimates.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.

Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
