Job summary

Orro Home Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Accounts Executive to join the finance team. You will handle the full set of accounts with a focus on multi-platform marketplace reconciliation and accurate inventory costing, ensuring adherence to Malaysia’s latest e-Invoicing requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, a diploma or degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency in MS Excel plus AutoCount, SQL Accounting, or UBS.

Qualifications

• Full set of accounts and financial reporting experience.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong knowledge of SST and LHDN e-Invoicing processes.
• Proficient with MS Excel and local accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts across multiple marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Manage inventory costing and stock valuation.
• Ensure compliance with SST and LHDN e-Invoicing guidelines.

We are a fast-growing company seeking a meticulous, data-sensitive, and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, with a strong focus on multi-platform marketplace reconciliation (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), inventory costing, and ensuring full compliance with Malaysia's latest LHDN e-Invoicing guidelines.

1、Full Set of Accounts & Financial Reporting

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (LCCI / ACCA / CPA pursuers are welcomed).

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in handling Full Set of accounts. Experience in E-commerce, retail, or trading industry is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Malaysian accounting software (AutoCount / SQL Accounting / UBS).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Malaysia's local tax system (SST) and hands‑on experience/knowledge of LHDN e-Invoicing processes.

Language: Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) to liaise with various stakeholders and government authorities.

Attributes: Meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure during peak e-commerce campaign seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
