Job summary

Genesis Online Sdn Bhd, an eCommerce company based in Ipoh, is hiring a junior accounts assistant to support daily data entry and bookkeeping for a growing F&B group in Ipoh. You will input invoices, bills and receipts into AutoCount, perform daily bookkeeping, perform bank and supplier reconciliations, and assist with month-end tasks as part of the accounts team.

Requirements include SPM or Diploma in Accounting (LCCI preferred); accuracy and numeracy are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma in Accounting or LCCI (preferred).
• Accurate and detail-focused with good numerical ability.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
