Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain records.
• Assist with AP/AR and invoicing.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts and supporting documents.
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and account checks.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up.
• Process staff claims, reimbursements and expenses.
• Maintain filing and documentation of invoices and receipts.
• Assist with month-end closing and accounting schedules.
• Coordinate with departments on payments and documentation.
• Support general admin duties for Accounts Dept.
