is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support accounting functions for construction and machinery operations in Malaysia. The role requires handling the full set of accounts, independent work, and clear communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate or diploma in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Junior executive experience in accounting/finance is preferred.
• Mandarin or local dialects preferred for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and related tasks.
• Work independently and report to supervisor on all job aspects.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members.

Accounts Assistant (Construction/Machinery)

Able to write and speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Office Staff only work alternately for Saturday (half day). Allowance given for every working Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Able to work independently

Able to handle full set of Account.

Good Communication skill and able to work as a team

Working Experience in related field is favorable for the position.

You shall report to superior or any authorized personnel appointed by management on all aspects of your job functions.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accounting, Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Mandarin or local dialects
