Job summary

RIMBA HARTAWAN SDN. BHD. is based at our Kuching HQ in Sarawak, Malaysia, seeking a detail-oriented junior accountant to join the finance team.

You will handle daily general accounting tasks, prepare vouchers, and post entries into our accounting software in a timely manner. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates with at least 1 year of related experience. Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language skills are valued to support Mandarin-speaking

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM/STPM/LCCI or Diploma in accounting or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year working experience preferred
• Language skills: English, BM, and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general accounting functions including preparation of vouchers and timely posting into accounting software
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Work closely with account executive and project team to ensure accurate transactions and postings into accounting system
