Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Accountant to handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records. You will manage invoicing, payments, and expense claims to keep financial flow smooth.

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation, plus liaising with internal departments on financial matters. The candidate should work well independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and expense claims.
• Manage accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding accounting and financial matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior.
