Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support accounts payable and accounts receivable, while assisting in preparing financial and statistical statements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires handling confidential financial data, interpreting policies for compliance, and producing routine reports. You will monitor daily sales, capture data in the system, and prepare monthly analyses; a relevant degree and 1–3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum, an associate degree in accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field.
• 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
• Daily monitor sales money bank in & email daily sales report & capture in system
• Prepare monthly analysis report
