Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Account Assistant to join the finance team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Accounts/Finance team in ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with good understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency in Excel and Office, and familiarity with SQL Accounting as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• In charge of update system for customer collection.
• In charge of update system & payment for staff claim.
• Follow up outstanding customer payment.
• Update system for utility bills, supplier invoices.
• Issue DN/CN/Invoice to customers (Expenses/Interco).
• Filling & others ad hoc assignment.
