Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Ltd. is seeking a capable accounting professional in Malaysia to advise on queries and support day-to-day operations. The role focuses on enhancing productivity, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong collaboration within the team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting software experience, solid leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in accounting software, accounting systems, and team leadership.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise the support or implementer on queries on accounting matters.
• Help troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
• Daily monitoring on the team tickets, emails, implementation etc.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with goals, deadlines, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
• Assist in training new team members, providing guidance on accounting procedures.
