Job summary

Strong accounting knowledge with cloud software experience (Xero, QBO, SAGE 300) is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy required.
• Experience leading accounting teams in a professional services setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting staff serving a portfolio of clients.
• Provide professional financial expertise for basic to complex accounting needs.
• Review accounts prepared by junior staff and seniors.
• Coach, mentor and build high-performance teams.
• Drive growth of new and existing client portfolios.
• Plan resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
