Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in finance or accounting roles.
• Capable to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in ICT or small businesses is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SQL software.
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance or Professional certifications like LCCI, partial ACCA.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Resourceful and interpersonal skills to effectively work with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Capable to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Manage day-to-day accounts, including ledger entries, accounts payable posting, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance with Malaysian financial regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring records are reconciled and payments are processed.
• Support office administrative roles.
