Alfa Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and monthly closings. You will assist in project cost monitoring and ensure SST and e-Invoice compliance, with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience and proficiency in Excel.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, and professional qualification is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are expected.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
• Professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts, AP/AR, bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
• Experience in SST and e-Invoice submission preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Mansioni

• Full set of accounts and bookkeeping with journal entries and records.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including ageing and collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Monitor project site costs and ensure proper documentation and budgets.
• Assist in monthly closing and prepare financial/management reports.
• Prepare SST returns and ensure timely e-Invoice submissions.
