DRAW & BUILD SDN BHD is hiring an accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts, maintain ledgers, and prepare essential schedules for accurate reporting. You will handle AR and AP tasks, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end close and statutory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Responsible, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full set of accounts and ensure records are up to date.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries and schedules.
• AR: receipts, collections follow-up, ageing monitoring.
• AP: process supplier invoices and reconcile statements, payment scheduling.
• Month-end and year-end closing with accruals and reports.
• Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, balance sheets and cash flow.
